Alicia Yao, joint the ICESAP Annual Conference & Awards at the St Regis Singapore. The conference had a great program, and great sponsors from Singapore tourism Bureau and Marriott Hotel Group as well as many others to  make it a success. ICESAP as the only association focusing on corporate meeting and incentive as well as event in Asia Pacific has received a strong support from the industry in this region within the first 2 years of its growth.

Regional Vice President
Alicia Yao has joint the Advisory Board meeting in Singapore the day prior to ICESAP conference 2016 and was elected to be the vice president of Northern Asia including Japan, Korea and China ( Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). The following are the 4 regions where the vice presidents are coming from and in charge its development.

· North Asia/Greater China

· Sub Continent & Gulf States

· ASEAN

· Australia/New Zealand & Pacific Islands

During the conference, it is announced that 2017 ICESAP Annual Conference will be in Shanghai and Alicia Yao, vice president of North Asia will build Advisory Panel to provide support and direction for 2017 Conference Shanghai, which will be great for developing members, especially with the imminent roll-out of its Agency Accreditation & Member Education Programs in China.
