On August 4th, 2015, IME Consulting Co., Ltd helped Seoul Convention Bureau (SCB) to hold Seoul MICE Promotion in Beijing. It’s the first time for SCB to hold such event in China. The registration started from 3:30pm. SCB provided tradition Hanbok for the attendees who has interested in dress up and take photo in the photo zone. The promotion one to one meeting started from 4pm to 6pm. There were total 14 exhibitors from Seoul inclusive DMCs, Hotels and special activity providers to show their services and products to over 110 MICE buyers from Beijing MICE industry. Mr Park Won Soon, Mayer of Seoul, also joined the promotion event to promote Seoul. He introduced products during the business discussion as well as during the appreciation dinner. At the end of his fantastic speech, Mr Park spoke in Chinese language for welcoming everyone to visit Seoul.

As PCO of this event, IME helped SCB to finalize and refine the details program based on Seoul city government requests. IME also communicated with hotel to create special western set menu with one course of Korean food to match the need of SCB. IME also provided professional Producer and MC as well as the rehearsal to make all program goes well.
After the event, SCB showed high appreciated to the IME and we are looking forward to our next cooperation in the nearest future.
